I don't exactly remember when it last changed but looking further it says daily refresh. I was trying to figure out why. Why are there no references to it on experian.com ?

Banks that *only* pull experian? If it redirected to some area of main experian.com site, it would be understandable as a brand name site created for easy to remember. How to talk to a actual person at experian on r/credit, a poster was able to reach a live representative by telling the automated system that they wanted to start a dispute, then new. Experian, however, have been dragging their feet on this and required the user to input their name, address, dob, ssn, pin, etc every single time you wanted to freeze, thaw, or schedule.
How to get a hold of a live agent/person so, i've read a lot of posts regarding the intense stuggle of getting a hold of a live person at experian. Not sure if it's mentioned here or not but in case it hasn't, if you want to open an experian account to easily freeze and unfreeze your credit, be extra vigilant when signing up. My experian fico 8 score from the experian app hasn't changed in a few months. I called experian and their system told me that my account freeze is still active, so i didn't image all of this.
