I never wrote down my secret key for google 2fa when i enabled google authenticator on my phone. With the client secret rotation feature, you can add a new secret to your oauth client configuration, migrate to the new secret while the old secret is still usable, and disable the old secret afterwards. If you want to let someone else view your calendar, you can share your calendar.
