I'm thinking it might be a good idea to combine cubiq's solution with the nocache postfix. Contribute to helmetjs/nocache development by creating an account on github. Hence the content is fetched afresh.

The nocache option specifies that the blocks retrieved for the table are placed at the least recently used end of the lru list in the buffer cache when a full table scan is performed.
But what i would like to do is to apply ?nocache=1 to every url related to the site (including the assets like style.css) so that i get the non cached version of the files.
