I get the full 3440x1440 resolution. This is windows 10 pro 64bit, i5. I am needing to set up 256 bit encryption i have upgraded to windows 10 pro but am unable to activate due to bitlocker issues please can you help

When i connect the second it displays its own 1920x1080.
If i put it into sleep mode.
I installed office 2013, activated and good to go. Choose the one sub folder you want to use. Pick photos as your screen saver, settings and then choose browse. The screens go into sleep mode but not the computer.
When i connect the first monitor everything is ok. New unit, same problem (yes, same firmware, but what are the chances?). You should set up another folder with just copies of the photos you want. So with the 1st picture/textbox set the code works (placing the cursor at the end of the document, after the picture).
My power plan is set to balanced yet the computer does not go into sleep mode after the set 30 minutes.
I eventually made it through.
