I tried to tune into newsmax this morning and a box came up that said that i now needed a subscription. Find the chat or if you get the chat, type refresh. Can’t watch newsmax on xfinity for 1 minute without freezing.

It was available this morning now it's not available w/o a subscription!!!!
Newsmax is included on our x1 platform in most all areas. Does anyone else find it strange that newsmax and a few other news channels been removed from our channel lineup right before the election? Thought it may have been a cpac thing but the issue persists for normal programming as well. I love newsmax and want it!
Go to xfinity app on phone or tablet. Only newsmax is doing this, it is part of my package What do you see when you tune to channel 1115? Is there a message on the screen?

Why does newsmax get stuck and repeat same 3 seconds over and over, never moving on? On 02/19/25 the newsmax channel started freezing for no reason. Over & over all day. I have been able to watch this channel since 2020 for free.
I use both a roku 4k express and a roku stick to watch tv programs through the xfinity stream app. Do you have an x1 cable box? What happened to the newsmax channel 1115?
