Find the chat or if you get the chat, type refresh. Can’t watch newsmax on xfinity for 1 minute without freezing. Thought it may have been a cpac thing but the issue persists for normal programming as well.

Does anyone else find it strange that newsmax and a few other news channels been removed from our channel lineup right before the election? On 02/19/25 the newsmax channel started freezing for no reason. All of a sudden i get the message you don't have access to this channel. I called xfinity and was.
I use both a roku 4k express and a roku stick to watch tv programs through the xfinity stream app. Newsmax is included on our x1 platform in most all areas. Go to xfinity app on phone or tablet. Look for tv and entertainment problems.

Do you have an x1 cable box? Only newsmax is doing this, it is part of my package I tried to tune into newsmax this morning and a box came up that said that i now needed a subscription. Why does newsmax get stuck and repeat same 3 seconds over and over, never moving on?
