Can’t watch newsmax on xfinity for 1 minute without freezing. I called xfinity and was. What do you see when you tune to channel 1115?

Over & over all day. All of a sudden i get the message you don't have access to this channel. I have been able to watch this channel since 2020 for free. Only newsmax is doing this, it is part of my package
What happened to the newsmax channel 1115? Do you have an x1 cable box? On 02/19/25 the newsmax channel started freezing for no reason. It was available this morning now it's not available w/o a subscription!!!!
Newsmax is included on our x1 platform in most all areas.
I tried to tune into newsmax this morning and a box came up that said that i now needed a subscription. Thought it may have been a cpac thing but the issue persists for normal programming as well. How can i get newsmax? Does anyone else find it strange that newsmax and a few other news channels been removed from our channel lineup right before the election?
I love newsmax and want it! Why does newsmax get stuck and repeat same 3 seconds over and over, never moving on? Is there a message on the screen?
