Do you have an x1 cable box? Thought it may have been a cpac thing but the issue persists for normal programming as well. Newsmax is included on our x1 platform in most all areas.

What happened to the newsmax channel 1115?
All of a sudden i get the message you don't have access to this channel.
On 02/19/25 the newsmax channel started freezing for no reason. Over & over all day. Only newsmax is doing this, it is part of my package Find the chat or if you get the chat, type refresh.
Is there a message on the screen? What do you see when you tune to channel 1115? Look for tv and entertainment problems. I use both a roku 4k express and a roku stick to watch tv programs through the xfinity stream app.
