Craigslist is totally controlled by trolls since it's founders insist on user moderation, known trolls who are or have been institutionalized run the site. Idk what you call shady but i've seen shady shit in craigslist while facebook is heavily auto moderated (probably too much cuz it always sets false positives and ban people for dumb reasons).
