Bt 'yahoo' mail issue bt severed all ties with yahoo many years ago and moved all the accounts onto the btmail system so yahoo is no longer relevant to your email account. I have a bt yahoo email that i need to gain access to to retrieve some old but important emails but as i haven't logged into this account for Can't login to email or my bt go to the mybt log on screen and use the forgotten your login details route. Cannot login i know you want want to reset your email password but are you at present able to log onto your email account? Although i tick the box keep me signed in i get logged out if i am inactive for a fairly.
