I've never heard of that website. There's a community for whatever you're interested in on reddit. Whenever i have any query or issue, i google it first then the first website that comes with proper information is medium. Then i proceed to read medium article until a paywall shows up.
I just checked, and they both worked on my phone. At least if it's here, on reddit, there is some community involvement in that list and any wrongdoing can stop that website. It's usually watchcartoononline.io or wcostream.tv they're both the same exact website. I hope none of you do too.
